Podsjećanja radi, Ljekarska komora Tuzlanskog kantona, kao strukovno udruženje ljekara, ujedno je i institucija sa javnim ovlastima, u dijelu vršenja istih.
S tim u vezi, Ljekarska komora Tuzlanskog kantona vodi registar svojih članova i po službenoj dužnosti izdaje, obnavlja i oduzima licence svojim članovima na osnovu zajedničkih kriterijuma nadležne Ljekarske/Liječničke komore FBiH, čija je članica od 2012. godine.
Dakle, Ljekarska/Liječnička komora FBiH u provođenju svojih isključivih nadležnosti, utvrđuje zajedničke kriterijume za licenciranje članova kantonalnih komora donošenjem Pravilnika o utvrđivanju zajedničkih kriterija za licenciranje članova Ljekarske/Liječničke komore FBiH i članova kantonalnih/županijskih ljekarskih/liječničkih komora, još od 2014. godine.
Navedeni Pravilnik je do danas pretrpio više izmjena, na način da se prilagođavao evidentnim pojavama i potrebama u praksi, u cilju zaštite zdravstvenog sistema Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, ljekarske struke, ali i samih pacijenata.
Ovim putem Vas želimo informisati da je od 27. maja 2024. godine na snazi izmijenjen i dopunjen Pravilnik te naročito želimo naglasiti da je u članu 12. i članu 14. Pravilnika dopunjen uslov za upis u registar i izdavanje licence, na način da se uz zahtjev dostavlja:
„ovjerena fotokopija diplome medicinskog fakulteta, stečena na akreditovanom univerzitetu u Bosni i Hercegovini koji ima akreditaciju i licencu od početka do kraja studija“ (član 12.),
odnosno, kada je riječ o upisu akademskih titula ili naučno-nastavnih zvanja „Ljekar/liječnik koji je stekao naziv primarijus, akademsku titulu, odnosno naučno-nastavno zvanje, dužan je komori dostaviti i ovjerenu fotokopiju uvjerenja o stečenom počasnom nazivu primarijus, odnosno akademskoj tituli ili naučno-nastavnom zvanju stečenom na akreditovanom i licenciranom medicinskom, stomatološkom ili farmaceutskom fakultetu koji ima akreditaciju i licencu do sticanja akademske titule“ (član 14.).
S obzirom da smo u posljednje vrijeme bili izloženi različitim neosnovanim pritiscima na nas,
ovim putem obavještavamo sve relevantne učesnike u kreiranju obrazovnog i zdravstvenog sistema na području Tuzlanskog kantona, ali i korisnike naših usluga (članove, ljekare, pacijente) da će Ljekarska komora Tuzlanskog kantona, čvrsto i na Zakonu utemeljenom osnovu, i dalje provoditi svoje ovlasti (voditi registar i izdavati licence), ali samo na način kako to utvrdi nadležna Ljekarska/Liječnička komora FBiH, u postupku i formi kako to inače provodi.
